Terms and conditions

These terms apply to all quotes and assignments of Web4Work, a trade name of Gofast Music, Neuweg 213, 1214 GR Hilversum, the Netherlands, Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 80067409. We have kept them as short and clear as possible.

1. Quote and assignment

You always get a proposal first, stating what we make, what it costs and when it is ready. A quote is valid for 30 days. The assignment starts as soon as you have approved the proposal in writing or by email.

2. Prices

For packages, the package price in the proposal applies. Work that does not fit a package is charged at €65 per hour. You get an estimate of the number of hours up front. If it looks like it will be more, we talk to you first. If it runs over because of something on our side, you do not pay for that.

3. Payment

For projects up to €1,000 you pay 50% at the start and 50% on delivery. For larger projects we agree the instalments in the proposal. Monthly packages are invoiced monthly in advance. The payment term is 14 days.

4. Revision rounds

The price includes two full revision rounds. Extra rounds or large changes outside the proposal are agreed with you beforehand.

5. Materials and planning

The lead time starts as soon as we have your texts, photos and other materials. If they arrive later, the planning moves with them.

6. Ownership

After full payment everything is yours: the website, code, designs, logo and source files. If you want to continue with another party later, you get everything.

7. Monthly packages

Care plans, SEO, GEO and content can be cancelled monthly with a notice period of one month. For SEO a minimum of three months applies, because no result can be measured before that.

8. Results

We do our utmost for good results in Google and AI search engines, but we cannot guarantee positions. Those are decided by Google and other parties.

9. Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the assignment concerned. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost revenue.

10. Questions or a complaint

If you are unhappy about something, let us know at info@web4work.nl. We will look for a solution together. Dutch law applies to these terms.

Translation

This is a translation of the Dutch terms and conditions. If the two differ, the Dutch version applies.
