Which details we process

When you fill in the contact form, email us, call us or send a WhatsApp, we receive the details you share yourself: your name, company name, email address, phone number and your message.

Free website check

If you request the website check, we look at the public homepage of the address you enter. We only use your name and email address to send you the report and our advice.

What we use them for

• To answer your question and make a proposal.
• To carry out an assignment if you become a client.
• To meet legal obligations, such as keeping invoices.

How long we keep them

Requests that do not lead to an assignment are deleted within twelve months. Client details and invoices are kept for seven years, because the law requires it.

Who we share details with

We never sell your details. We do use one service that helps us: TransIP, for hosting the website, the contact form and our email. Agreements about the protection of your details are in place with that party.

Cookies

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies. The typefaces are on our own server too, so nothing is sent to Google or any other party.

Your rights

You can always ask which details we hold about you, and have them changed or deleted. Send an email to info@web4work.nl. If you disagree with how we handle your details, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
